The Committee further cited the need for a more comprehensive landscaping and long-term property maintenance plan, per the concerns of the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation. |

Committee moved to recommend approval, as presented, of the design and placement of the 17'-6 3/8" x 24" w/ 33 1/2" medallion wall sign. With respect to the 9'-1" x 5'-6" pole-mounted sign, the Committee moved to recommend approval of its design and placement on the site w/the understanding that it be installed by no later than April 30, 2017 in conjunction with the landscaping depicted on the accompanying site plan. It was further suggested that the project sponsor retain Agile Sign, Inc. to coordinate the landscaping installation to ensure its completion and adherence to the approved plan. |
